PER SEASON

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Drama Advisor/Producer to produce quality play
  • Assist with auditions
  • Provide input and feedback to Drama Advisor/Producer
  • Cast the show in an ethical manner.
      • Assist with coordinate costuming, hair and makeup
      • Supervise and Facilitate Rehearsals 
  • Appropriately supervise students at all times
      • Follow building, district, and ASB guidelines 
  • Ability to get volunteers to help during shows and practices
      • Collaborate with Drama team, building staff and administration
  • Participate in club advisor workshops and trainings
  • Collaborate with the music department on a musical (yearly is recommended; every other year is acceptable)
      • Maintain open lines of communications with administrative designee and bookkeeping office
  • Report to assigned administrator in building

 

Professional Qualifications:

  • Drama experience preferred.
  • Experience working with secondary students.
  • Current First Aid and CPR card.

Physical Requirements:

The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands:

  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Mandatory Conditions of Employment:

  • Successful clearance of the FBI and Washington State Patrol fingerprint background check
  • Successful Washington State Sexual Misconduct clearance
  • Completion of federal I-9 form
